Psychology Graduate – Redbridge

***Psychology Graduate needed for 1:1 support role
***Psychology Graduate position available in East London – 1:1 and specialist role
***Minimum 2:1 degree with strong A-level’s and GCSE’s (or equivalent)
***Some experience working within SEN necessary!
***£70-£75 a day for Psychology Graduate
***Long-term, full-time role – no day-to-day or supply roles.

This role requires an academically strong Psychology Graduate to join the SEN division in this flourishing Primary in Redbridge. You will have demonstrable knowledge of what is expected in a 1:1 ASD role and will ideally have experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar setting.

The Psychology Graduate will be responsible for providing overall support to the class teacher and SENCO in and outside of classes. This is a 1:1 support role therefore you will work closely with a select few individuals over the duration of their academic journey. The Psychology Graduate Is responsible for their academic, social and emotional development and will need to create targets.

Based in Redbridge, this school is renowned for its policies on inclusive education and its specialist SEN division. Additional training in Special Educational Needs content is highly preferable and additional knowledge of Makaton or behavioural strategies is advantageous.

This is a highly rewarding role, and the school are potentially looking to support a Psychology graduate through Teacher Training.
