HRIS Configuration Analyst, London, 6 month FTC.

HR Systems opportunity available for a HRIS Configuration Analyst to provide HR system technical support for the go live of a new HR system. Reporting into and supporting the Head of HR you will be key to the development of HR modules.

Duties Include:

- Provide technical system support.
- Running reports on the HR system.
- Inputting data onto HR system for employee and organisational changes.
- Building additional HR modules (Primary focus around Performance)
- Support HR audits and compliance.

Experience Required to Apply:

- Experienced with HR systems implementations.
- Configured HR systems with back end experience on modules.
- Assist with key HR processes for the development of modules within the HR
system (ideally Performance, recruitment and succession planning).
- Tested system upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes.
- Provide training to end users on HR systems.
- Collated data from global teams to present relevant information and produce
reports on a monthly and quarterly basis via Vlookups and Pivot Charts.
