Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a PRU in Salford to start before Easter until the summer 2018. This is a full-time, long-term role with a salary of £(Apply online only) per day.

This PRU prides itself on being a 21st century school that ensures all their pupils are treated as individuals. They offer a well-rounded education, offering a wide variety of opportunities for their pupils, which both enrich and enhance their experiences at school. They have spaces for 40 pupils either on a full or part time basis through respite or permanent exclusion.

As a Key Stage One Teacher, you will be:
* Passionate and hard-working Teacher who is able to work with students with challenging behaviour
* A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
* Have good knowledge of the National Curriculum

The role;
You will be teaching students in Key Stage One, however some of the abilities of the children may be in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum due to the student’s EHC Plan.
Ideal candidates will be Team Teach qualified.
The students will be split into smaller class sizes and you will be given additional Teaching Assistant support.
You will be required to plan lesion using the National curriculum so that all the pupils are able to progress and achieve.
You will work closely with the school SENCo or SpLD to ensure the children are assessed appropriately.

The school is in Salford and is easily accessible via tram, car or bus.

The essentials:

*Have QTS or QTLS
*Have previous experience working with SEN
*Have a positive attitude and desire to work in education
*Have confidence managing behaviour within a classroom setting
