Vision for Education are currently recruiting for Humanities Teachers for daily, part-time, and full-time work in Halton.

We are looking to replenish our books after a series of successful placements, both permanent and temporary.

Successful candidates must be fully qualified to teach within a Secondary environment and have a specialism in a Humanities subject such as History, Geography, or Religious Studies, among others.

You should be familiar with teaching the current GCSE in your specialism, and be familiar with the new grading system of 1-9.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate teachers to work within a variety of friendly, supportive schools, of whom have the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to work within vibrant and exciting communities, who believe in academic excellence and success for every student.

The successful candidate will:

Be a well-qualified Humanities teacher with a record of delivering good and outstanding lessons.

Have a good understanding of what a great education can make to pupils.

Have evidence of supporting students to make beyond expected progress.

Have an excellent record of forging positive relationships with students to encourage great learning.

Have a resilient character and a strong personal drive.
