The property / facilities management division of a large, multi-faceted group are looking to hire a Lifecycle Manager to join their Preston Office. The many divisions within the Group as ran as for-profit businesses, with the profits being invested in the community by the charitable Trust that owns the Group, rather than going to shareholders.

Your Package

* £45,000 salary
* £5,550 Car allowance
* 34 days holiday including statutory
* 5% pension contribution
* 26 + 8 days annual leave

* Working hours 08:45 – 17:00

Your Responsibilities

Working across a portfolio of over 50 PFI and LIFT contracts, serving the education, healthcare and blue light sectors, you will manage the following:

* Asset strategy development
* Project works compliance
* Project delivery across the portfolio
* All condition surveys
* Lifecycle cost modelling
* Financial forecasting and risk management
* Liaise with the operational teams (building surveyors, engineers, technical advisers, SPV) to deliver a best in class service

Your Skills and Qualifications

* Degree-qualified in a property or construction discipline
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Background in either project management or surveying
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience with lifecycle projects valued from £5k - £300k, with an annual project value of £2.5m - £3m
