We are looking for a Senior Business Control Officer to join our prestigious client in Yeovil.

This position will involve the management and execution of planning, scheduling and budgetary activities for all Contracts managed within the Business Management team. Applicants will be required to maintain data integrity within SAP to enable robust forecasting and scheduling as required by Finance and the Programme Management Team, offering support/expertise to the functional areas as required.

Duties to include:

* Management and execution of the planning and scheduling of the appropriate scope of contracted activities within SAP. Ensure Data integrity within the SAP system is maintained for all relevant Contracts.
* Manage WPA issue, distribution and the budget control/reconciliation as required.
* Manage the Baseline Control Request process and register, providing guidance as required to budget holders
* Provide reports for quarterly Contract Profitability and Budgetary reviews. Manage the review process with the functions and update forecasts in SAP as required quarterly.
* Create, update and analyse quarterly business reports and monthly charts to provide Management data as required to enable the decision making process.
* Manage reporting necessary for the New Single Source Contracting Regulations (SSCR) for the initial, quarterly and contract end requirements.
* Maintain the Contract Management Reserve and Undistributed budget logs including the review and highlighting of potential releases to profit
* Support the Service Manager in all aspects of budgetary processes. Providing expertise and knowledge to ensure control of all budgets issued and providing summary data as required to enable the decision making process in maintaining contract profitability.
* Create and manage the Cost Reduction Programme, highlighting areas of potential savings

Key skills would include experience of budget management and scheduling. Must have strong communication skills and able to communicate at all levels.
