Part Time Credit Control and Admin (9 mth contract)
PART TIME; This is a 9 month contract initially which could be extended, aiming to start mid-end May latest.
The hours are flexible, you could work whole days 8-5pm- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or you could work part time school hours - ideally every day including Friday.
Looking for 24-30 hours a week – it’s very busy
Credit Control & purchase orders
They generate around 600 invoices a month, ensuring the correct order number is on the invoice
Use of Sage and an in house system
Taking customer orders over the phone and loading on to the system
Helping out with general Accounts work when busy
Skills and experience
Use of Sage – desirable
Credit control, admin and customer service experience
Hard working, proactive, self-motivated
