Purchase Ledger Assistant
Responsible for all data entry on the purchase ledger - and includes clerical tasks such as typing reports, filing, handling phone calls, dealing with mail and low-level reconciliations.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Work with purchase ledgers, journals and spreadsheets.Perform calculations and checks to ensure that records.Provide accounting support.Reconcile supplier statements.Maintaining fuel card/ ID card records.MaintainAccurate data entry.
Necessary Qualifications, Professional Bodies & Skills:
Should be courteous, professional, organised and be comfortable with numerical calculations. Good interpersonal skills are very important as will often have to deal with customers and external agencies.
Should be able to demonstrate competence in the use of office software.
