This is a permanent full-time position/ and could be part time for the right candidate.
- This role directly supports the Director and and General Manager by providing the highest-level of financial administrative support.
- This will include input, reports and analysis on project and order cashflows, project invoices and reconciliations, production and delivery invoice reconciliations, general office orders and financial administration.
Other Areas of Responsibility:
? Manage and monitor office facilities and supplies
? Manage the financial hard copy filing system and undertake hard copy and electronic
? Reconcile the Director’s monthly corporate credit card expenses
? Format documents where necessary into a professional presentation prior to
distribution to a wider audience, reconcile project sheets and cashflow
? Undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Director and General
? Coordinate key meetings and minute and log these.
Skills and Capabilities:
? Ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision
? Proven ability to problem solve and adapt as necessary under pressure
? Excellent organisational and communication skills
? Proven ability to prioritise a high workload
? Well-developed time management skills
? Good computer literacy skills including knowledge of relevant software packages:
