About the position:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading financial services company.

The successful candidate will work with the Fraud & Risk Manager to assess and improve the quality of the sales service. The position will involve call monitoring, reporting, collating training materials and keeping the training portal up to date.

Required Skills:

- Previous administration experience
- Competence with Word and Excel
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Keen eye for detail

Working hours:

This is a full time position, 08:30 - 17:00 Monday-Friday (37 ½ hours per week).
