E-learning Developer

The CompanyInstinct are working with a global financial services provider who are looking for an E-learning Developer / E-learning Designer to join their existing e-learning team. The RoleThe E-learning Design/Developer will be responsible for designing and creating engaging eLearning courses using Storyline or other rapid authoring tools such as Captivate, creating SCORM content, quizzes, and other interactivity such as video recordings etc.

Scope and design high quality online learning Project coordinate workloadLiaise with internal subject matter experts and develop strong working relationships with stakeholdersEnsure that e-learning materials are quality assured prior to releaseSupport e-learning content on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) / Learning Management System (LMS)The PersonExcellent English Language oral and written communication skillsProficient in the use of Articulate Storyline or other rapid authoring toolsExperience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)Passionate about interactive learning and all learning technologiesExperience of editing audio and video into e-learning contentUnderstanding of eLearning standards e.g. SCORMThe RewardsIn return the E-learning Developer will benefit from a salary from £28,000 plus, dependant on experience, in addition to benefits and flexible working from various London offices.
