Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is looking for your next role?

We are working with a company who are needing someone on a 12 month basis to cover a maternity leave!

If you know the Accounts Payable function inside and out and pride yourself in being accurate and efficient then this could be the perfect role for you for the next year.

This is a great company to work for they have a relaxed environment and support the work life balance with a 9am – 5pm


THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is position is solely working working within the Accounts Payable function – please see some of the duties listed below

Process invoices and expenses in an accurate and timely mannerChase up on invoices without a POResolve all invoice queries and supplier statement discrepanciesProcess payments via BACsEnsure all necessary checks are carried out to ensure that the correct balances are held on the general ledger.Provide reasons for any aged items on Accounts Payable at month endBanking and allocation of receipts

REQUIREMENTS

Available immediately5 years plus accounts payable experienceGood excel knowledge
