Assistant Claims Handler / Investigator

An opportunity to join a leading claims management company who offer a range of innovative claims solutions to UK insurers.

This is a permanent position that offers technical training and skills development in a supportive and innovative business environment, where your passion and dedication will be recognised and rewarded.

You will work closely with field based claims adjusters and investigators to support the investigation and validation of property related claims.

It will be your responsibility to ensure that records are maintained accurately and gather documentation, evidence & information in order to make informed decisions regarding liability. With training you will case manage and conduct desk-top investigations, accept or repudiate claims or escalate claims that require further investigation.

You will liaise with clients, claimants and their representatives as well as technical specialists and legal experts.

Candidates MUST possess a proven track records within a claims handling or investigation role. Ideally, our client would prefer property claims experience, but are willing to consider candidates with claims experience in other areas of insurance.

Office Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: to £18,000 depending on technical experience + benefits
