Integral Recruitment Services are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a rapidly growing company based in Rugby. CIS experience would be preferable for this role but not essential.

This position will work closely with and support the Purchase Ledger Team Leader, and will be responsible for reconciling, processing and analysing a high number of supplier invoices.

You will be on hand to respond to supplier queries on a daily basis, and deal with any discrepancies in invoices, as well as managing the Purchase Ledger inbox. You will be processing a high volume of invoices, matching to P/O batching, and will process weekly BACs, in addition to this you will reconcile supplier statements.

This will be a fast paced environment so we are looking for candidates who have previous experience working within Purchase Ledger and are able to demonstrate a good understanding of invoicing. You must have strong excel skills.

Duties will include

·Matching, batching and coding Purchase Ledger invoices

·Supplier statement reconciliations

·Bank reconciliations

·Payment runs

·Processing staff expenses

·Daily Cash and Banking

·Assisting the finance team with all other areas of administration


This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to gain vital experience and the chance to work for a reputable business.

Hours of work will be based around 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
