Job Title: National Accounts Co-ordinator

My client is looking to add to their successful busy team in Milton Keynes with 2 National Account Co-ordinators to support the National Account Managers with large multi-national retail customers on a day to day basis.

Key Skills:

SAP knowledge/experience.Customer service experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Resilient and able to work under pressure.Strong team player.Good knowledge of MS Office.Key Accountabilities:

Process orders in line with process flows and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.Monitor orders placed and advise customers of any changes (date/quantity etc).Invoice orders in a timely manner and at the correct value in line with procedures and guidelines.Produce shipping documents for all imminent customer DDP orders.Following guidelines and procedures when arranging product uplifts.Process sample requests according to procedures and guidelines.Process new customer enquiries according to procedure and guidelines.Perform general administration duties.Assist customers with queries, investigate and resolve them accordingly.Issue credit notes as required once approved.Build and develop relationships with all allocated customers.Gain an understanding of your clients’ needs and business.Liaise regularly with allocated sales account managers and build relationship.Deliver highest level of customer service to both internal and external contacts.Liaise with internal departments and external contacts in a professional manner at all times.Ensure all timetabled tasks are completed on the designated date.
  • Advise Key Accounts Manager of any ongoing concerns or risk to ensure effective processes.
  • Order to cash management for all channels.
  • Customer maintenance (including terms) and set up in conjunction with Sales and Finance:
  • Receipt of ordersInputting of orders (including EDI)Inventory availability checksOrder confirmation Unconfirmed reporting detailing reasons why we cannot confirmOrder query Goods outboundGoods shippedGoods invoicedInvoice queries management with Accounts ReceivableCustomer query responses
