JOB TYPE: Temporary

JOB TITLE: Purchase Ledger Clerk

COMPANY TYPE: Travel Partnership

HOURS: 9:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch

START DATE: IMMEDIATE- Tuesday 3rd April 2018

DURATION: 3 week guideline

SALARY: £10.00 - £13.00 per hour

LOCATION: Old Street / Angel

Our client, a Travel Partnership who has four companies under its umbrella, are a friendly, and professional organisation looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 3 week basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing invoices for the four companies
  • Checking coding and entering onto finance system
  • Obtaining approval for payment
  • Payment runs
  • Able to use Sage 200 or similar

KEY SKILLS:

  • Very good excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work using own initiative
  • Ability to work flexibly and multi-task
