Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temp)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Wigan who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 3 month temporary basis (could possibly be extended to 6 months) The successful candidate must be available for an immediate start.
* Allocate invoices correctly
* Invoicing customers
* Send proforma invoices
* Chase missing info
* Sending statements
* Manage internal invoices/re-charges
* 1-2 years Purchase Ledger experience
* Available for immediate start
* Experience using Kerridge is preferred but not essential
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills
The role has become available due to a backlog of work caused by a newly implemented auto-allocation system.
