Our reputable client is now looking to appoint an organised and efficient Parts and Customer Coordinator on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will work to co-ordinate all customer and field based staff requirements for maintenance and parts in an efficient, cost -effective and timely manner.

Daily Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting all Electrical Engineers
  • Managing engineers’ parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems
  • Updating customer websites with status of ongoing jobs
  • Paperwork processes and management
  • Sales order data inputting
  • Preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and in line with the agreed internal parts processes
  • Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer’s SLAs
  • Using initiative and proven experience to drive additional revenue through parts sales
  • Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers, including field based staff by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Engineers' weekly rota
  • The knowledge and flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required
  • Scheduling engineers daily/weekly (UK)
Experience and Key Skills
  • Good organisational and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • IT Skills, knowledge of excel, word
  • Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions
  • Parts product knowledge preferable
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
