We’ve a unique opportunity for a bright energetic graduate looking for a role in tech or software, probably within Project Management, Business Analysis , Product Management or similar. It’s a genuinely unique role which will see you working next to the MD of a 450 strong, multi company healthcare technology group.

With a huge market share across pharmacy software, GP Practice software and NHS /healthcare solutions, they’re going through a complete product portfolio revamp and commercial approach - building new software products from the ground up and developing a huge raft of applications for the healthcare sector. This will increase revenues, deliver additional health benefits to customers and in turn help hospitals and GPs by freeing up time and money for critical NHS services.

Is this what you’re looking for?

·A fantastic role which will see you cut across multiple business areas: Product Management, Project management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Commercial, Customer Success and Customer experience – giving you a unique opportunity to hone your skills and build experience

·You’ll definitely learn a lot in a very short space of time, being the eyes and ears across the business, spotting issues, areas of improvement, coming at things from the customer perspective to see what needs improving and where the market is going

·You’ll be involved in multiple projects of different sizes as well as product and market analysis, customer meetings, reviews, development meetings and business analysis

·There will be travel between offices in London, Manchester, Dundee and Swansea, plus you’ll be attending industry events and conferences, client meetings, demos and trade events

·It’s a role where you certainly won’t get bored, gaining invaluable experience for the future in many areas of technology, commercial and software development

So, what are we looking for?

Not necessarily a hugely experienced person – it’s about personality, energy and potential….

·Endless enthusiasm, happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in a huge array of diverse areas

·Bright, intelligent and articulate, confident enough to deal with people across the business up to Director level

·Self-motivated and a great self-starter. Able to pick things up and run with them with minimal direction

·Great at building relationships and trust – but not scared to dig deep and ask awkward questions

·A real can-do person who can look at problems or missing links and identify the best solution, either by yourself or with the right people

They offer competitive salaries and great benefits - pension, life assurance, illness cover, cycle schemes, free fruit and a day each month to look outside your role at topics that interest you – plus the chance to develop personally and professionally.
