Alexander Lloyd have an exciting opportunity working for a globally known business in East Grinstead on a 6 - 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Sitting within a busy finance department covering the EMEA market it is advantageous you have european language skills.
The responsibilities include:
·Bank reconciliations across EMEA countries
·Manage petty cash
·Process vendor invoices into Accounts Payable module
·Bank customer cheques maintain record of post-dated cheques
·Process payments to vendors within agreed payment terms
·Provide support in processing staff expenses
·Adhoc duties & covering absences within finance
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following:
·Practical experience of Accounts Payable functions and liaising with vendors
·Good working knowledge of excel
·Bi-lingual is desirable
