Accident claims advice is here to assist customers in the event of you suffering some form of personal injury and thinking of making an accident compensation claim.

Many of customers will need help to make an accident claim for many different accidents such as road traffic accidents, work accidents, slip, trip and falls, sports injuries and whiplash injuries.

You'll be involved in making decisions on the extent and validity of a claim and checking for any potential fraudulent activity.

You will coordinate services that may be required by policyholders following an accident or incident.

This a permanent full-time position who would fit someone with a background in sales (at least two months)

·Customer focused approached to work

·Good experience and organisation skills

·Can do attitude

·Supportive of company goals and values

·A high level of literacy

Responsibility:

·Ensuring the customer is treated fairly and that the customer receives excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines

·Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim

    Providing advice on making a claim and the processes involvedAdhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company.
Salary:

£15.000 + commission

Working hours:

Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm
