Materials Test Technician

Required: 3 x Permanent role

Locations: Hitchin, Harlow and Reading

Salary: £27,000 DOE. Full training is provided, PPE, test equipment and a van.

We are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit three experienced Test Technicians who collect samples of Asphalt, Soils and Concrete from the Highways, and deliver to laboratories for testing. Observations need to be logged on a tablet, and therefore applicants need an understanding of computers and using spreadsheets.

Candidates will ideally have experience in a similar role. Previously worked on either the highways, or a construction site. Hold a valid CSCS card.

Shifts: 50 hours per week. This does involve day and night shifts. Plus overtime available.
