A long established, commercial organisation based on the outskirts of Havant, Hampshire, has approached CMA Financial Recruitment to source a professional, conscientious candidate to join their fast paced Purchase Ledger team.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

*The delivery of superior customer service via the checking and matching of supplier invoices;
*Releasing invoices for payment and ensuring that suppliers are paid correctly and to set deadlines;
*Identifying invoice discrepancies and liaison with suppliers, internal staff and customers to resolve any related queries on a daily basis;
*Checking and processing staff expenses, timesheets and dealing with and resolving all related queries;
*Any other ad hoc duties as instructed by the line manager.

Shortlisted candidates will be able to demonstrate an excellent back ground in purchase ledger and will prides themselves on the delivery of outstanding customer service. Experience of payroll procedures will be beneficial but not essential.

You will also possess an excellent eye for detail, as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines and communicate confidently with all levels of finance and non-finance personnel.
