A leading Housing Association are in search for a Lifecycle and Compliance Manager for their PFI contract in West Yorkshire. Reporting to the PFI Project Manager, the post holder will have responsibility for the effective supervision, delivery and operational performance of all compliance related activities within contract. You will be responsible for a property portfolio mix that contains low, medium and high rise blocks, commercial properties and residential homes.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:

- Effectively manage life cycle works, variations and ppm works to specification, timescale and budget. Ensure all appropriate consents and authorisations are obtained prior to works commencing.
- Produce and manage a risk based audit and inspection regime identifying areas of specific concern, including possible critical failings to meet statutory, mandatory and contractual standards. Supervise third party and Corporate audits and inspections and conduct periodic internal reviews, audits and quality inspections to ensure compliance processes and procedures are followed.
- Undertake research and investigations and respond to complaints. Gather and analyse relevant data and produce focused reports for the PFI Project Manager and the SPV ensuring any recommendations are actioned and recorded.
- Ensure asset condition surveys are undertaken to contractual standards. Work with the Corporate asset team to develop systems and software that will facilitate accurate life cycle forecasting.
