Purchase Ledger Clerk
Page Personnel are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a couple of weeks based in Wakefield to cover someone who is off sick.
My client is a large public sector organisation that are based in Wakefield with free parking. They are constantly growing and have a very high volume and fast paced environment with loads of opportunities within the business. They are in need of some additional support due to someone going off sick.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will be to process a large volume of invoices, gain authorisation for payment, process the payment run, raise and match invoices, process expenses, deal with queries, supplier reconciliations and any other duties that may be required.
The successful candidate must :
Be immediately available or on a 1 weeks notice period - essential
Previously worked in a similar role- essential
Previously dealt with high volumes- essential
Work well within a team as well as individually- essential
