Validation and Compliance Customer Advisor - £20400 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Customer Service Representative to work within our clients busy Validation and Compliance Team where you will provide an efficient and effective Customer Service to their customers.
As an effective communicator, you will be a strong team player with a 'can do' attitude and have the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively whilst providing a professional, efficient and personalised service to our clients.
The ideal applicant will have demonstrable customer service experience and ideally have a good working knowledge of anti money laundering, charitable purpose and the data protection regulatory environment.
Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. It is essential that you work as an effective team player working within the team to achieve the strict service level deadlines.
You will have previous expereince of working in a regulated environment and ideally withing a banking environment
Due to the nature of of our customers busienss, you will have to be credit checked and DBS checked
Hours or work Monday to Friday 9 - 5
