Conveyancing Assistant

We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant in the Solihull area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will need to have/be:

·Previous conveyancing experience an advantage but not essential
·A confident, friendly telephone manner
·High attention to detail
·Experience of building relationships and rapport
·Computer literate
·Have experience with busy work loads

Details:

·Salary: £18,000.00 - £20,000.00 per annum
·Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.15pm
·Location: Solihull
·Duration: Permanent

Role of a Conveyancing Assistant:

·Supporting a busy conveyancing department with administrations duties
·Liaising with clients via telephone and email
·Typing reports and correspondence
·Liaising with various external agencies regarding property purchases
·Liaising with financial institutions
·Typing conveyancing quotes for clients
