3aaa Apprenticeships, a Grade 1 Outstanding Ofsted awarded training provider, specialising in the delivery of Professional Services Apprenticeships have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the delivery of Apprenticeship activity for their cluster and will be accountable for achievements against all set KPIs and measurements.

Delivery Managers have responsibility for all quality and compliance requirements within the delivery of the apprentice journey.

You will be an advocate for 3aaa Apprenticeships, actively promoting our Vision, Mission and Values.

Key duties includes, not limited to:

    Responsibility for the recruitment and induction of new staff members for your team

    Line management of cluster delivery staff, including, but not limited to, trainers, trainers/assessors, assessors and apprentices

    Complete scheduled and structured one to ones with all staff members

    Actively performance manage all members within your delivery team to ensure operational KPIs are achieved

    Provide or facilitate support, coaching and mentoring for the cluster staff

    Ensure academies are fully compliant with both funding and quality requirements

    Maintain appropriate tracking systems relating to quality, compliance, management and assessment

All applicants require a full clean driving license and have their own transport.

There is a requirement to pass an Enhanced DBS check. This will be paid for by 3aaa Apprenticeships.

Due to the nature of this role, flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.

What we need from you.


    Experience of managing and leading a team to perform

    Experience of contractual paperwork

    Excellent organisational skills

    Developed communication skills

    Good level of IT literacy (Excel in particular)

    Driving licence?


    Knowledge of the FE sector and funded programs

    Experience/Background in IT and Software

    First Aid qualified

    IQA/Assessor experience
