Donard Recruitment are delighted to have been retained by the UK’s leading BPO provider to recruit for a Case Handler for their Birmingham office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and fastest growing providers of integrated professional support services in the UK.

The position holder will be responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to complaints within contractual service levels.

Due to major growth within the company our client has two available positions.

The first role is a permanent role with salary on offer of £19,000 for the successful candidate.

The second role is a 12-month fixed term contract with salary on offer of £19,000 for the successful candidate.


·Ensuring all complaints are logged accurately, acknowledged and a resolution provided in accordance with contractual service levels agreements

·Receiving and managing complaints directly, via telephone, email and post

·Performing preliminary classification of complaints

·Escalating serious complaints in line with company procedures

·Gathering information from other areas of the business in order to investigate complaints fully

·Resolving escalated queries before they become a complaint

·Producing Management Information for internal customers


·Educated to A level

·Previous case handling/complaints experience

·Working in a target driven environment

·Experience of working in a highly confidential environment
