Unix/Linux/SQL Support Engineer - English and French/German Speaking role

Our client are looking for a Support Specialist to join their team and provide support on their bespoke products.

The chosen candidate will take calls from customers, employees and distributors who require product support, troubleshooting issues, escalating where necessary and prioritising tasks to ensure the most critical issues receive immediate attention. You will also be required to ensure the documentation of all activity, identify training areas, attend training and visit customer sites where necessary.

The role will involve regular communication with the customers; guiding them through resolutions clearly, informing all relevant parties of ongoing issues and utilising remote support tools suitably.

Please note:

This role will require you to speak either French or German as well as English. You will also be required to travel to other sites fairly regularly.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and/or experience:

Experience with Unix/Linux

SQL

Networking tools

Experience or knowledge in medical imaging, linear accelerators or Radiotherapy clinical use would be very beneficial
