NJR Recruitment is currently working with a leading online retailer, who offers a great product range. Due to their ever expanding growth they have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Goods Received Reconciliator / Ledger Clerk
This role is key to ensuring accurate stock control and supplier payment and represents the final check before the stock and supplier payments are signed off.The position would suit someone interest in start out on a career in finance.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will undertake the following key tasks:·Matching supplier delivery notes, invoices and internal delivery schedules.·Reporting variances for the three-way matching process.·Following up on stock discrepancies to resolve with the stock management team.·Populating the GRN monthly reconciliation spreadsheet, reconciling all variances.·Log shortage/pricing credits with suppliers.·Other ad hoc duties related to GRN reconciliation.

Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Excel, have good attention to detail and good communication skills, and possess a friendly helpful manner and a willingness to learn.
