We are looking for exceptional Graphics engineers to join our growing team in Staines-upon-Thames. You will work in a small dynamic team across various technologies to develop algorithms and software for outstanding products. You are given the autonomy to design solutions creatively and follow through with implementation while collaborating closely with others. You desire to become an expert in Advanced Rendering techniques applied to Augmented, Mixed and Virtual Reality (AR).

Your rolewill involve:

Research and implementation of state of the art rendering algorithms for our AR, MR and VR frameworks on mobile devices Proposals and proof of concept implementations of new innovative ways, such as machine learning, to overcome technical challenges and enhance user experience Creation of new solutions for the next wave of outstanding products and services

Required Skills

A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering or any related discipline (an equivalent period of industry experience may be accepted).

Expertise in computer graphics with experience in design and development of software using APIs such as OpenGL, OpenGL ES, Vulkan or DirectX.

Knowledge of Advanced Rendering & Lighting Techniques such as Global Illumination, HDR rendering,Soft Shadows, Image-based Lighting.

Strong 3D maths skills.

Experience in software development using C/C++, testing and debugging tools.

Good understanding of documentation requirements and the ability to clearly present complex ideas and technical designs.

Excellent communication skills, team work and a results-oriented attitude, proficiency in problem solving.

Desirable Skills

Experience of using Augmented Reality frameworks like ARcore and ARkit.

Experience of Android application development and/or Android internal frameworks.

Experience of using Deep Learning libraries like Caffe or TensorFlow.

Experience with compute APIs such as CUDA and OpenCL.

Experience developing and prototyping with the Unity render engine.
