Leading Technology Organisation requires a payroll reconciliations clerk for a 4-6 month contract to assist with year end.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working within a team of 10 in finance you will work autonomously to reconcile the payroll for year end.

Specific duties:-

  • Manual and computerised calculation of the full PAYE function
  • Reconciling payroll
  • Calculating VAT
  • Analysing statistics
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Processing corporation tax.

Ideally you will ave at least 5 years experience of processing payroll at a senior level as well as some experience of financial accounts.

You must also have extensive experience of using excel to intermediate level i.e. must be able to perform pivot tables and v. look up's.
