Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager your role will involve: handling all aspects of import purchases to include checking orders on and paperwork available, booking in stock - checking all costs, checking margins to produce price lists, checking stock purchase invoices- resolving all queries along the way. Dealing with foreign exchange for purchases mainly euro and dollar accounts. Handling sales orders and customer queries which include checking sales order prices, dealing with queries, invoicing, general Office duties, dealing with incoming calls to the business, handling various areas in both Sales and Purchasing, maintaining and updating filing systems
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a someone who has a thorough working knowledge of Purchase Ledger, general accounts and administration. Someone who is used t working in a small team and happy to assist in all areas as required.
