Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a 12 month contract working for a well established manufacturing business based near Walsall and Cannock with a view to starting immediately. You will be working as part of a small friendly team where you will be responsible for matching, batching and coding up 400 purchase invoices per week, getting payments authorised, processing payments by BACs/Cheque, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries and any other general accounts office duties as required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk that is comfortable using a computerised accounting system and Microsoft Excel who can join the business and hit the ground running. Excellent communication and organisation skills are a must for this role.

This post is full time and offers a competitive pay rate, 20 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays and free on site parking. A longer term position may be available for the perfect candidate!
