We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Product Change Analyst for one of our well-established clients who conduct business in over 100 countries throughout the world. In this role you will be providing administrative support and effective communication within the Supply Chain Department. Hours of work 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. Free on site Parking.

Duties for the Product Change Analyst will include:
  • Creation of packaging parts and secondary packaging bills of materials in e-QMS quality management system
  • Creation of Packaging Change Orders in e-QMS quality management
  • Interface with Product Launch Change Orders and linkage between Packaging Change Orders and associated product launches in e-QMS
  • Responsibility for the Packaging Change Order work flow ensuring prompt approval from a variety of departments and liaising any questions or rejections
  • Liaising with suppliers to organise print proofs for components and attaching these to e-QMS
  • Coordination of release of the packaging parts and notification to appropriate functional teams at packaging sites for use in production

The successful Product Change Analyst will have:
  • Highly competent administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to demanding deadlines
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • Initiative - to be able to proactively identify, process and question base information and with minimal supervision
  • Good PC skills especially Microsoft Excel
  • 2 x A levels or equivalent combination of education and experience.
