Torch Farm and Equine Ltd and Charter Veterinary Hospital Group Ltd are looking for a full time highly motivated, proactive, experienced individual to assist in the continued development and growth of the two veterinary practices.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure the financial administration for both companies is achieved efficiently with accurate reporting and forecasting for the benefit of Directors, Accountants and HMRC.
The successful candidate will work within a small team that has responsibility for running the business accounts function including sales and purchase ledger, month and year end reconciliation, intercompany accounts/recharges, preparing and management of all finance functions, dealing with queries along with compliance and VAT preparation.
Significant experience in book keeping and AAT level 4 qualification or equivalent experience is the minimum requirement for this role. Proven experience in managing a small accounts team would be advantageous.
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
