Trainee Claims Handler
The purpose of the role is to:Deal with all aspects of claims handling including letter writing, telephone contact, diary management, valuation, negotiation and settlement of the following types of claim / loss:·Loss or damage to property·Minor injury·Straightforward liability issuesThe successful candidate must already have, or be willing to work towards level 2 of the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF). This equates to: 5 GCSEs Grades A*- C to include Maths and English; NVQ Level 2 or CII Level 2 Award/FIT
In addition to this it is desirable you have the following:·Experience in meeting targets and working to tight deadlines·Have experience of working in a customer service orientated role·Have experience of working in an office environment·Be computer literate·Have the commitment to study to be able to pass the required assessments during the trainee programme·A career minded individual that is enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
