Job Title: 2 x Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week / Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)

Salary: £18,727 - £19,250

Location: Near Stratford-Upon-Avon and Near Warwick


Working on behalf of a well-established and respected legal firm in Warwickshire, we are currently recruiting for two Legal Secretary's to support fee earners within their Conveyancing department within two of there offices in Warwickshire.

Key Duties:

' Audio typing; production of legal documentation.
' Dealing with telephone enquiries.
' Maintain filing systems and document storage.
' Keep records up-to-date
' Diary management and making appointments with clients.
' Attending court and preparing court forms.
' General administrative tasks, as required.
' Maintain confidentiality.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

' The successful candidate will be an experienced Legal Secretary, must have experience in residential conveyancing.
' Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
' Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
' Strong organisational skills; attention to detail.
' Calm and efficient approach.
