As a result of continued and impressive expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious UX Manager with strong partnering and management skills to join this impressive company, who are pushing the boundaries of possibility within the Digital arena.

You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting array of technologies, people and endless scope for generating new opportunities.

Role:

As the UX Evangelist, you will take charge and lead user experience within the business, who highly value a user-focus. You will manage a team through:

  • Wireframes
  • Designs
  • Prototypes
  • Requirement gathering
  • Through to implementation

You will be the key point of contact across the business, so your remit will include talking to many different areas of the organisation; both technical and non-technical audiences including both internal and external stakeholders and customers. You will act as an internal consultant, managing your own time effectively as well as your team and stakeholders.

You will be working in a highly agile, cross-functional team so collaboration is vital. From supporting development sprints to presenting design rationale, you will take ownership for all things UX/UI.

You will focus your attention on the product and ensure your team perform to the highest standards, ensuring you manage your own time as well as your team’s, giving regular feedback and appraising performance, keeping staff morale high.

This is a fantastic chance for somebody to really take full ownership and responsibility of User Experience / User Design within the business.

Initially, you will manage a handful of direct reports, which is set to grow over time.

Ideally you will have a background / sound knowledge in IA – Information Architecture.
