An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Credit Control, this role will support the Credit Control Manager and wider team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the below tasks along with ad-hoc work required from time to time.

We also have a commercial property business and run a number or directly managed pubs. We are always looking for talented people to join our finance department in our Credit Control team.

Job Outline

Pursuing overdue debt on a portfolio of accountsAuthorising release of trade orders where credit limits have been exceededCollaborating with other departments to resolve queries or disputesRegular account reconciliations to maintain a minimum unallocated cash situationContacting account holders who have had a Direct Debit rejection or do not have a Direct Debit in place currentlyCompleting tasks in a timely mannerPerson Specification

The successful Credit Controller will have:

Good computer skills including Outlook, Word & ExcelCompetence in the use of NAVISION our accounting system is preferred but not essential as training will be providedAbility to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skillsSuperb communication skills particularly over the telephoneLocation : Head Office

Status: Full Time / Permanent
