We have a great opportunity as a Cost Control Anlayst within our business, the purpose of the role is to; provide insightful, accurate analysis across shrinkage, leakage, ODAS and costs to the PPM’s and head of costs. To challenge individual key stakeholders in Operations and Category teams to drive continuous improvements in profitability through cost control.

    Strong technical and analytical skills on ExcelStrong data analysis skills, able to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from dataProven skills in problem solving - able to anticipate and highlight issues, and advise on corrective actionAccurate attention to detail to be able spot errors and challenge accordingly Experience of influencing internal and external stakeholders to drive changeProject management skills: stakeholder management and risk mitigationAssertive and confident with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong team player, but have the ability to challenge the norm
