A Digital Project Manager is required for a well renowned retailer based in London. This role will facilitate the delivery of exciting Projects on this organisations recently replatformed website, implementing our 2018 business projects across various systems and teams to support our Omnichannel strategy.

The role will lead internal and external teams from a variety of technical disciplines to deliver revenue impacting initiatives for their online customers. The Digital Project Manager will achieve successful delivery through adapting both agile and waterfall methodology to manage outcome orientated deliverables but also provide detailed project plans targeted to agreed MVP. The Digital Project Manager will need to ensure communication is maintained between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all organisational and PMO procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and a continuous improvement framework in place.

PLEASE NOTE: this is an IT role and will require knowledge of digital commerce and IT retail infrastructure.

Key Skills Required:

*Must have 2/3 years retail experience
*Formal Project Management qualification PMP is preferred
*Agile Certification e.g. Scrum, Kanban, APMG, XP
*Rounded experience of IT Project Management - managing delivery through all stages of the lifecycle (Initiation, Analysis, Design, Build and Implementation - as well as associated methods and tools).
*Delivery experience using Agile and ability to integrate Agile delivery within a standard project framework
*Demonstrable track record with detailed experience in large and medium scale IT projects.
*In-depth knowledge of full systems lifecycle.
*Risk/Issue Management.
*Strong Governance - Quality, Budget, Timescales.
*Planning and Control skills, using recognised planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project, JIRA, TMS
*Relationship Management - Strong demonstrable capability to establish and sustain effective professional. relationships at all levels in the organisation with a focus on service delivery and clear communication to enable this.
*People Management - particularly influencing/managing people without direct authority.
*Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication skills - able to demonstrate credibility with senior management and good conflict resolution skills.
*Experience in the management of suppliers including both the commercial and contractual relationships.
*Understanding technology roadmaps, trends and releases.
*Broad business knowledge including commercial, financial awareness so as to manage budgets effectively and construct business cases.
