Technical Compliance Administrator- Social Housing (Temp Ongoing)

We are seeking a technical assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and basic technical support to the Compliance Team as part of the joint working approach, enabling excellence in the management and delivery of the Asset Management Service. Liaising with the Customer Service Centre in relation to works carried out by the compliance team. Arranging and tracking the compliant delivery of servicing, maintenance, planned and responsive repairs in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will be working from various IT platforms including Promaster and Microsoft functions including spreadsheets and actioning any gaps identified on the asset register. For this role you will need a methodical approach and good attention to detail as the role will involve a high level of cross referencing using multiple inputs.

Main responsibilities will include, but not limed to:-

Maintaining all statutory records in structured and accessible systems and report to Compliance Technical Team Leader project specific data as required.
Reporting on progress and performance of services and customer satisfaction with delivery processes and end products
Co-ordinating and supporting the delivery of the Asset Management services with regard to localised service delivery requirements and team needs
Assisting in monitoring and reporting on allocated budgets
Assisting in monitoring costs and work collaboratively with the Commercial Assistant team in connection with the provision of services
Raising, monitoring and closing orders in line with our clients policy for planned works, servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs compliance work streams.
Updating compliance records and maintaining service delivery within the targets and objectives set for the stream of work assigned to.

Demonstrate flexibility regarding working patterns.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
Ability to understand and use spreadsheets, must have strong excel experience
Ability to deal diplomatically and sensitively with customers and contractors

This role is temporary ongoing role paying up to £11 GBP per hour based on a 40 hour working week Monday- Friday.
