CRM Database Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a CRM Database Assistant for our international Law client, based in central Bristol. My client prides itself on its strong, approachable culture.
Key Responsibilities·Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will assist with reviewing and improving data in our client relationship management tool InterAction.·On-going administration tasks, as well as one-off improvement/development projects.·Liaising - sometimes by phone - with key contacts and clients of the firm to ensure data accuracy in-line with GDPR.·Checking contact information against external databases (such as Companies House) and ensuring this is recorded accurately.
Key Skills·Previous experience working with Databases·Keen attention to detail crucial to role success·Confident working knowledge of Excel ·Good communication skills- verbal and written·Experience with InterAction would be advantageous, however now essential·Self-motivated and proactive individual
Salary is £20,000-£25,000 per annum
