Our client has a vacancy for a Configuration Technician, reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor. The business is highly experienced in delivering complex IT service solutions to hospitality and retail customers and are continuously expanding their client base.

This is initially offered as a temporary ongoing position.

The role

  • Working in collaboration with the Project Coordinator to configure and test equipment to ensure software has been installed prior to being sent to the customer’s premises.

  • Working in conjunction with the Warehouse team to assist with the supply chain of equipment


  • Possess excellent IT skills

  • Ideally have experience in a Hotstage / configuration environment

  • Experience of building PCs

  • A sound understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (XP and up) to include client side network configuration, driver installation process, basic registry and file system navigation

  • Attention to detail and a good work ethic are essential
