Test Analyst Team Lead
The purpose of this role is to lead the team to increase the overall quality of the code changes that are being made (and released) to our client's core web-service, and to help improve the effectiveness of QA. This role therefore delivers high quality, reliable travel websites to some of the UK’s largest travel organisations.
What experience is essential in this role?
Experience of leading a team
Working within an Agile Sprint, performing QA on either new features or bug fixes (depending on the Sprint).
Attending Sprint meetings, to gain awareness of what’s coming out of development, and when.
Create and execute Test Plans.
Reporting of bugs to developers with succinct, accurate descriptions and steps to replicate.
Helping automate Regression, Feature and Integration testing.
Creation & execution of Test plans for new features within set timescales
Writing automated tests for client websites (regression and feature testing)
Manual testing of multiple client websites across multiple browsers for both the desktop and mobile
What experience is advantageous?
3-5 years’ experience in similar environment
Working closely with the development team where required, to gain a good understanding of what each development entails.
Experience of technical developments within the travel industry.
Experience of working in an agile environment.
