IT Service Management Analyst / ITSM Analyst

My client, a London based Brokerage company, is looking for an IT Service Management (ITSM) Analyst to join them to work within a new ITSM function. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service across the business including senior and C-level stakeholders.

This is a Customer/Client service delivery focussed role. Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Ownership of the Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance
  • Identifying areas of service enhancement and implementing these enhancements as part of continuous service improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers and internal teams

Experience needed:

  • Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management in a fast-paced environment supporting high levels of customers/users
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience of working in a challenging environment
  • Ability to drive positive change within the business
  • Certified in ITIL foundation (preferably version 3)
  • Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow or similar tools for change

This is a permanent role working within central London, paying circa £45,000 – 50,000.
