The role

• Experience of supporting broadband technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to build and share your personal knowledge with others
• Must be able to investigate and resolve basic routing queries and broadband issues
• Prioritising service issues having the ability to know when to escalate and who to escalate to
• Must be a logical problem solver and flexible in their methods
• You will be a key liaison between service departments and technical support
• To have a real curiosity to develop and find new ways of driving the technical support team
