Senior Customer Insight Analyst
My client, in the retail sector, are looking to hire a Senior Customer Insight Analyst. This is a broad role that will look across the stores as well as their online offering, with the potential to step up to a management role as the team grows. The business is going through an exciting transformation, with heavy investment, so it's a great time to join.
Some of the exciting work you'll get involved and take a lead in are:
- Own the customer database and increase lifetime value
- Improve segmentation and personalisation
- Produce and support the CRM Strategy
- Produce more proactive analysis to inform business decisions
- Analyse the online performance of the business
- Excellent technical ability on SQL
- Data Modelling and Analytic experience
- Some knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics
